SCAD is training me to be a professional when it comes to modeling and prototyping.
Car pencil holder
This pink car was made for holding pencils on a desktop. A high density foam model was resin casted into plastic and then polished to a shiny finish.
Foam models
These models were the first projects assigned in the modeling and prototyping class at SCAD. They are made of pink and blue foam only. They are modeled to the exact size of each actual object.
Recreated remote
This remote was recreated to look identical to the actual one. Several models were made from foam, high density foam, and resin casting, but the final model is high density foam carved to make the main body. The buttons were laser cut out of wood for precision sizes then resin casted into plastic. Once glued together it was painted. Stickers were made from a specialized printer for the numbers and logo.
